DELIVERY INFORMATION

At Conceptica, we aim to ensure a seamless shopping experience with efficient and reliable delivery services. Our delivery times begin once an order is accepted and include a 24-hour processing period before dispatch. Please note that processing may take longer during sales periods.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey.

Important Notice: Customers outside the EU are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

PICK-UP IN STORE

We offer the option to collect your order from our store located on Avenida da Liberdade. Select "Pick Up Store” at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification to collect it. Please allow up to 1 day for your order to be available.

You have 15 days from the notification date to pick up your order. If not collected within this period, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

To collect your order, present the “Pick Up” email confirmation at the store.
