RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Conceptica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, you may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt at no additional cost from all countries where we deliver.

For returns and exchanges, please follow the instructions below.

 

RETURNS WITH DPD

Step 1
Request a return label by contacting our customer service team.

Step 2
Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, ensuring all item boxes, authenticity cards, dust bags, and accessories are included. Securely close the parcel and attach the provided return label to the outside.

Step 3
Visit the DPD website to schedule a collection or drop-off.

Step 4
Follow the instructions on the DPD website and enter the return air waybill number provided with your order.

Step 5
Enter all the necessary details to complete the return process and schedule a pickup with DPD.

Step 6
Once we receive, inspect, and confirm the returned items, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact us at orders@conceptica.me with details of the new desired size. We will check product availability and reserve it for you. Then, please follow the return steps outlined above.

Once we receive and process your return, we will dispatch the exchanged item(s) accordingly.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

• All items must be returned in a new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size. We do not offer exchanges for different colors or entirely different products. If a price difference applies, you will be responsible for covering the additional cost.
• Exchanges for a different size can only be made once per order.
