DELIVERY TERMS

1. Shipping methods

• We offer two delivery methods: in-store pickup (free) or shipping to your address.

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Delivery times

• 2-3 business days within Portugal.

• 3-7 business days for international orders.

• Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

• Customers are responsible for customs duties and clearance fees, if applicable.
